Privacy Policy

This explains exactly what Elevated Pixels stores when you sign in here, why, and how to get rid of it. It covers this website, our Discord bot, and our Roblox experience Mob Farm. We have tried to write it in plain English rather than the usual fog.

The short version

• We store your Roblox user id, username and avatar picture, and the same three things from Discord. That is the entire point of the site: linking the two together.
• We never see or store your password, and we never receive one.
• We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to train any AI model.
• We do not track you across other Roblox experiences. We only record what happens in our own game.
• Ask us and we will delete everything.

What we collect, and why

From Roblox, when you choose to sign in. Your user id, your username and your avatar thumbnail. We ask Roblox for two permissions only, openid and profile, which is the minimum needed to know who you are. We cannot read your friends, your inventory, your messages or anything else, and we cannot act on your account. The temporary access token Roblox gives us is used once to read those three details and is then discarded, never stored.

From Discord, when you choose to sign in. Your user id, your display name and your avatar picture. We ask for the identify permission only. We cannot read your messages or your servers.

From our own game, while you play. Your Roblox id and username, which server you are in, and events such as joining, leaving, opening a chest, or buying something. This is what lets our staff see who is online and help when something goes wrong. It is gameplay data from our own experience and nothing else.

From staff, when they use the moderation tools. Every action a staff member takes is logged with their account, what they did, who it affected, and the IP address the request came from. That last one exists so that if a staff account is misused we can see where from. IP addresses are recorded for staff actions only, never for ordinary players.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We do not use it to train AI or language models.
• We do not track you across other Roblox experiences, and we do not combine what we know about you with data from anywhere outside Roblox and Discord.
• We do not try to identify you by any means other than your Roblox user id.
• We do not use your location.
• We cannot change anything about your Roblox or Discord account, add or remove friends, message anyone as you, or spend anything.

Who else sees it

Our own staff. People we have given a staff role can see your linked names, whether you are online, and your recent activity in our game, so they can moderate and help. Everything they do is written to a log the owner can read.

Discord. Our bot posts game activity into a private staff channel in our Discord server. That channel is not visible to the public.

Roblox. When staff send you an item, we ask Roblox to deliver it to your account in our experience. That uses our own developer credentials, not your sign-in.

Nobody else. We do not use advertising networks, analytics services or third-party tracking of any kind on this site.

How long we keep it

Your linked account stays until you ask us to remove it. Gameplay activity is kept for 90 days so staff can look into recent problems, then deleted automatically. Staff action logs are kept permanently, because the whole point of an audit trail is that it cannot be quietly erased.

Getting your data deleted

Ask in our Discord server, or email us, and we will delete your account here along with your linked ids, names, avatars and activity. Staff audit entries that mention you are kept, because they are a record of what our staff did rather than a record about you. If we ever lose access to Roblox's APIs, we will delete everything obtained through them.

Removing your data from this website does not delete your progress in the game. If you want your game save removed as well, say so and we will do both.

Children

Roblox is played by children, and our game is rated for a general audience. We collect the same small amount of information from everyone and we show no advertising. If you are a parent and would like your child's data removed, contact us and we will do it without asking questions.

Cookies

One cookie remembers that you are signed in. It holds a random value and nothing about you. While you are signing in, a few more short-lived cookies hold the sign-in handshake (a random check value, which provider you came from, and where to send you afterwards); they are deleted as soon as the sign-in finishes, or after ten minutes. There are no advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Changes

If we change what we collect, we will change this page and update the date at the top.
